Our Commitment To Privacy
Privacy of personal information is an important principle at DWA LAW. In an effort to be as open and transparent as possible, we handle your personal information with care. We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly, and only to the extent necessary for the services we provide.
With the exception of cookies (which are electronic markers identifying devices that have previously visited our website and absolutely no personal information), we only collect the personal information you provide, and we only use that information for the purpose you gave it to us (e.g. using your email to respond to your email message, or using it to communicate with you through our newsletters). Cookies are only used to help you navigate our website and are not used to monitor you.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the DWA LAW website. On some pages, you can request a free consultation, register to receive email from us, or contact us with questions or requests for contact. The types of personal information collected on these pages are:
- first and last name

- and messages or questions you may convey
The Way We Use Information
We may share information with service providers whom we hire, including those who provide back office, record keeping services and communication services to the firm. The firm has an agreement in place with any such service providers that includes provisions to protect the privacy of our clients. We require any third party service providers to sign a privacy agreement to protect the confidentiality of your information.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Google Ads, Remarketing and Privacy
We also use certain features offered by Google Ads, such as Google’s remarketing, re-engagement or similar audiences features. We do this in order to reach people that have previously visited our site, attract past visitors to our site, to ensure that users have the best experience on our website, as well as to ensure that any advertising we show users is as relevant as possible.
Wynperle uses remarketing features to advertise to users on third party websites after they have visited our site. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our site.
How Does Google Remarketing Work?
Google AdWords Remarketing keeps track of everyone that visits a website through their own browser’s cookies. Google will remember a user’s website visits, and follow these users wherever they go online in order to show their ads.
This approach is based on the idea that ads may be more effective when targeted at people who’ve previously shown an interest in a site they have visited in the past. Remarketing with AdWords uses cookies to show ads, and as such, Wynperle gathers information for remarketing, re-engagement, or similar audiences on our website.
These cookies allow third parties to identify what you are interested in, which allows for a much more personalized advertising experience as you surf the web. By building an overall (but anonymous) picture of an individual’s preferences, Google and other third parties are better able to deliver more relevant advertising.
At any point, you can opt out of Google’s use of cookies or device identifiers by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Similarly, visitors can opt out of any third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, or by simply controlling the use of device identifiers by using your device’s settings.
